Returns

• Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return by sending an email to info@nearplugs.com. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return pertains to. Please also include the reason for your return if possible.
• You are responsible for the return shipping cost, delivery, and condition of the products upon return, so the products should be well-packaged and in their original, unopened packaging (this applies to the purchase of ear tips, which are a hygiene product).
