Orders placed on the weekends are sent no earlier than the following Monday.
Orders placed before 11:00 AM are normally shipped the same day and always within 24 hours. The delivery times stated for each shipping option are counted from the time the package has been dispatched.
If a package is not collected, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of €10–15, depending on the courier.
Our warehouse is located in Sweden. Orders placed on Swedish holidays will be shipped no earlier than the next business day.
Please note that if an order is shipped to a non-EU country, any import duties and taxes may be charged when the shipment reaches your shipping address. You are responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes. Nearplugs has no control over these charges, and since they vary between countries, we cannot predict their size. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.
