Orders can only be made by persons 18 years of age or older who are not under guardianship.

Our normal delivery times is 4-10 business days within Europe for our free alternative. Priority shipping delivery time is usually 2-5 business days. Orders placed on the weekends are sent no earlier than the following Monday.

Right of withdrawal

We inspect all products before they are sent to you. It is important that you as a customer carefully examine the item when you receive it. If your product has been damaged during transport, you must report this to the carrier as soon as possible. This applies regardless of whether it is a visible injury or not. If after receipt of the product you find that it is damaged or does not correspond to your order, please contact us within 14 days.
